crush washers for GS

Just wanna make sure I get the right size crush washers for my 1998 R1100GSA.

oil drain plug?
gear box fill and drain plugs
final drive filler and drain plugs?

I have seen three different sizes listed in parts catalogs.

18mm x 22 mm
14 x 18
16 x 20
