Some of you may know of my mission to find a reputable dealer with an expert staff that values me as a custom by demonstrating real customer service.
You would think these things were common traits of any High End Sales & Service organization and in my experience you would be wrong.
However, I've found the dealership that epitomizes these traits.

I'm proud to say I entrusted my 2002 LT to Dusty Miller Saturday Aug 20th and one week later on Sat Aug 27th he returned it running and riding like when it was new.
Everyone from the Service Writer that spent a lot of time listening to me describe my findings and taking copious notes to Richard the resident Master Tech explaining his findings and describing his activities to correct the problems as well as Paul coordinating communication between us all and Dusty handling the Extended Warranty claim all performed and interacted with me demonstrating the high degree of professionalism we all would like to enjoy when we do business with our BMW dealer.
I don't mind the 250 miles each way, I have found the dealer I will be doing business with.
