OK, I did about 250 miles last Sunday, and noticed the temp gauge riding a little higher than the middle of guage. Temps were in mid 80"s but I thought I'd better check the coolant level. So now the question, How in the hell do you check the level??????

I would say lift the seat and look inside the overflow bottle. I can never see anything through the pannier view port anyway.

Yep. You can just barely see it thru the fender brace but lifting the seat and guessing at the fill line is all I've been able to do....

OK I stopped by the shop today and checked a 2 wheel LT to get the level by side marker, then looking directly down through the top to figure out the Max position. Also by looking at the fill bottle from the right side of the bike, you should see the level of coolant right at the curve of the bottle. At least I have a good idea of where Max level is now.
Tahnks for response.
