greetings all.
Just a quick question for you all.
How does one remove that three-way seat-heat switch for inspection, from the beneath the riders seat? I can't turn the blasted thing off and it's cooking my figs big time. It's still quite warm here in Australia this time of year.
Kindest regards to all.

Paul,
The electrical connection is under the driver's seat, under your left leg. It should be a white, 2 wire, quick disconnect. The wiring will be tied in with the main wiring harness that goes up the left side of gas tank, then turns right under the trim panel below the oddments box. From there it snakes its way out to the seat. Disconnecting the power should save you from roasting things futher.
After looking at mine, to get to the actual switch, I believe you'll have to disassemble the seat or cut the seat pan to get it out. I would email Ron Miller (of Kontour Seats) to ask about the switch set up that is under the foam.

Paul, it's a three way switch. Off is the central posion and IIRC, back is high, forward is low. HTH

Thankyou Tim & Jenna.
I was somewhat afraid you'd say to remove the switch it required a surgical procedure of the seat Tim. And Jenna, yes, I ensured I had that rocker switch in the middle position, being the off. I replace the fuse and work the switch a little in case the contacts are a tad dirty within it.
Thanks for that people, I'll endeavour to find the solution.
Kindest regards to all.
