dauntless hitch

for those of you that have a dauntless hitch where did you put the relay ?? thanks

When I had the Dauntless hitches (I've had two and switched to a Bushtec hitch)
I put the relay either under the passenger seat or right next to it,
double stick taped to the top of the right saddlebag where all the wires are,
speaking of wires if you follow the "bundle" back you'll come to a rubber grommet that goes into the back side of the taillight a very convenient place to make all of your connections.

I put my relay where the canister was taken out under the trunk.
I drilled a hole thru to the tail light for the wires .

Like Lenny, I put mine where the canister was. Make sure you tie-wrap the wires from the hitch socket to the hitch frame on their way up to the hole you cut. Don’t ask how I know, but if you don’t do it right the wires can get chewed up scrapping on the rear wheel.http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif
