I believe the basic wiring harness from Dauntless has a single relay isolator. I upgraded to a four relay harness so all the trailer circuits pull power directly from the battery.
One issues when you wire the trailer lights directly to the bike lights is the extra current draw through the bike wiring may drop the voltage enough to dim both the trailer lights and the bike lights. A second issue is a short in a trailer circuit it will blow a fuse on the bike light circuits. A third but less likely issue is that some turn signal relays may not function correctly with extra lights on the circuit.
