Alittle information please, I'm thinking about putting on a J&M CB2003 dual radio on my LT.

Now the question; does anyone have any experience in this area? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Do not want to rain on your parade but many have tried but with very limited if any success.

J&M makes or made the CB for BMW to specs of a wiring/hook up unique to that BMW logoed CB. The 2003 is not compatible. Wish it was. :confused:

You may want to do a seach on the cb, intercom section for lenghty discusions of this.

HI Michaeldale, I just got done putting the same radio on my 05. The dealer tried to get me to buy, I think, the com3 unit for$1200 and installing it for another $500. Then buy the J&M radio from him plus the headsets. I just went ahead and got the cb intenna from him. Made my bracket for the J&m 2003 and put it on the bike. It works great. Love the intercomm and cb. Chuck
