I left my parking light on and drained my battery. Tried to jump it from a vehicle and that didn't work (not leaving it on long enough). I let the person that was helping me jump it from a vehicle go home since there was a battery charger on location. The second person helping me hooked up the battery charger and then he turned it onto start at 55 amps. There was a sound that came out of one rear speaker and then I lost all power. The clock was working before this until you turned the key on and you would see the power drain. Now, nothing. Do you think it fried the ignition module? Sorry, 99 K1200LTC. Yes, I know about the starter on the older models. I will try a new battery before I have it towed in for work. I did check the battery when I got home and it was putting out 9.2 volts. That would be enough to turn the clock on.

Sorry, Time to buy a battery... :(
You should never charge a M/C battery with more than a 2 amp charger.. It is my personal recommendation to never jump your M/C battery.. Too tight in there..
BTW, the electronics will not turn the starter if the battery voltage is too low.. You don't say what year LT you have but earlier LTs could develop a starter circuit relay problem if you attempt to start them with a low battery... I would change the battery and then see what happens..
