Technique for lifting the bike

I have searched and cannot find it. There is a video of a lady lifting a RT or an LT. Can someone direct me to the link? Have ayoung lady who is afraid of getting a bike larger than a 450 because she can't lift it and I wat to show her the video. Thanks
