Talked to Rob, the track is like a "bowl of pudding" right now and so he's going to postpone the session until it drys up a bit.
He will reschedule as soon as possible.

Doug and I left at 6 AM, stopped for breakfast, then went out to Prairie City. It rained hard from Lodi most of the way up.
The guard at the gate looked at us when we pulled up, and said, "You guys are nuts..." :D We told him we were there for Rob's class, and he told us it had been canceled. Oh well... Rob called my cell phone at 6:30 AM, but I didn't have it with me.
Next time. :D

Just got back from a nice ride to Prairie City. There wasn't any one there so I guess Rob cancelled the class. Probably a good thing for you guys since I didn't get more that 100 yards down a trail before I ate some mud That Prairie City clay is slicker than ice:eek: I didn't think it was that funny:pbut I think Deano is still laughing:histerica Sorry, no pix...

I had all my rain gear ready to go last night....thought it might be fun to learn some mud techniques :D This morning when I checked out the the window I realized it had rained pretty heavy all night long and realized it might not be too educational with the ground that saturated  Called Rob and sure enough, he had already started notifying people he had numbers for, that trying to learn dirt riding in "a bowl of chocolate pudding" isn't worth it.
I think we'll get more out of the class when it drys up a bit. Sorry you guys made the trip when unnecessary. Although I am a bit envious that you've been out on the bike this morning and I haven't :o It is time for a ride.

Hal,
You guys are nuts. I saw the weather and loaded the bike in the trailer since I still had it at home. I was ready to head out there when I spoke to Rob. I gave him your cell number when I spoke to him.
BTW, I installed the stainless steel brake lines on it on Sunday and it is a big improvement. I have the bigger rotor on order.
