Well I was out on my LT today for a little ride. It was -2c on my dash. I did about 70km around town and the hyway. The only thing that was a little cold was my cheeks on my open faced helmet. Anyone else ride today in Canada?

I have my nose against the window, totally envious. It has been 4 months since I last rode my LT. There just hasn't been a day where the ice has been off the road between snowfalls long enough where I can ride. Have fun.

I wish I could bring myself to suit up even though it was sunny.
Just makes me shiver thinking about you out there... but I 'm thinking that the time is getting close for me to get out on the road but not until 9th of April, down to Birmingham AL.

Keep riding for us up here. Someone's got to do it.

Thats like a spear to the heart. I can handle reading about guys down south riding but not fellow canucks  . I'm with Ron in Edmonton - probably had the most snow this year for 4-5 years. The keyhole i live in is about 90 yards long - full of ice & snow but the main drag is clear - sure is tempting - Ah but the gravel is brutal here so I guess it's going to be a while !!! Have fun think about us poor souls here in northern ab

Hey! Me too! I went into the garage, sat on the LT and made these "vrooom! Vroooom!" noises with my lips. That was fun. Until the said lips froze and I raced back into the house...
I live in the sticks and it's a ways to pavement (over snow-packed gravel road). (Lyndhurst-Seeleys Bay area)
Man but this time of year aches! Next winter, she's going into storage so I don't have to look at her in February.

Yup, I took a ride today and was around a lot of Canadians,

does that count? :)

You know we like to have a good time so anything other wouldn't really count.

You must be living in the land of the snowbirds.
Come to think of it I'm not sure how many of them would appreciate your ride.

Well, it was a good ride, could of been longer but the SO was a little peeved that I went out, not because it was nice, because I just sprang it on her that I would be leaving on the bike for a short ride. Anyways, my daughter moved to Edmonton from Calgary this summer so I guess I'll be coming out there again sometime. See I'll be a Grandpa in May, first one. I'll have to get together with you Edmontonites when I'm there.
