Surprise 40th

We are planning a surprise 40th Birthday party for Mia (yes she is finally going to hit 40) on Sunday Aug 12, her birthday is the 10th. I have called ahead and set up the Bonanza Bar and Grill in Jackson for us at noon. Everyone is invited and it is a surprise as she does not follow this site and thus will not know our plans.

We are also planning a week end ride for those are intrested for 8-10 thru 8-12, staying in South Lake Tahoe at the Days Inn

We will be doing day rides from there to Virginia City and around the lake if anyone is interested in getting away for the three days. If you are unable to make the three day ride, try and make the lunch at the Bonanza.

Add your name to the list and let me know if your planning the whole three day ride or just the Sunday lunch so I can give the Bonanza a head count.

The birthday surprise seemed like a nature dovetail since we had already planned to be on the road. Please don't hesitate to make reservations as the Days Inn has a no cost cancellation policy up to about 48 hours in advance. There is a lot of great riding, friends, whirlpool, laughs, food, and libations in store plus touring in the cool, fresh moutain air including a Saturday run up to old Virginia City. More details will be posted on this thread after the completion of the Norwester Ride(EX2) in July.
