How to display profile pic?

I have loaded my profile picture but can't get it to display along with my posts.

How do I set that preference? I see several peoples pics by their names, but mine just shows my name.

How do I set that preference? I see several peoples pics by their names, but mine just shows my name.The one beside your name is the Avatar. Load your image as an Avatar and you will be good to go.

Had seen the Avatar name thrown around on some posts but had no idea what it is.
