Recently down in Gosford to buy some more "consumables" for Jenna. Most of the time parts are on hand, and if not, they are happy to post them up when they arrive. Saves a 220 Km round trip. Mentioned to Brian that the plastic waterproof cover on my front audio plug had broken off and I would need to buy a replacement. As this fitting was factory installed ( or dealer, not sure ) he replaced under warranty, which was great for two reasons. First I had the plastic / stingray removed due to upgrade work I was doing and so couldn't actually show him the part in situ, although I did have the socket. I gather that normally, warranty issues rely on the dealer seeing and doing the work. Second, that little sucker ran to about $105 AUD. Wow, good thing I didn't want a drink holder. :-) One other good thing is that the parts dept. chap Jason, can cross reference sites like RealOEM etc, and when we talk about parts, we are talking about the same parts. That helps. Even had assistance recently from Ian in sales regarding "Carnet de Passages" paperwork. More to do in preparation for our "European Odyssey" Thanks Worthingtons
