I have virtually no dirt experience and would like to learn more. Is this targeted at folks who have dirt experience and want to tune up their skills, or can a novice dirt rider attend and not be over his (OK, my) head?

This is a begginer class. You do not need to have ANY dirt experience. This is for street riders who bought a GS (or KLR:)) and want to learn what they can do off pavement...

Any chance to get one of this here in Southern California?
If not, I would like to attend, but not on that Sunday (previous appointment)>
If there is another date (Sundays is perfect for me.) I can ride up there.
Any other date?

If I'm counting right, we've got:
1- Dan
2- Mike
3- Doug
4- Hal
5- Bill
and if you're in, that's six.
So, Shredder, are we "full-up"?

At least this time I'll be on something a bit lighter, and no bags and top box!
BTW, does Chris still do the rough riders rides?

Just got back from a nice ride to Prairie City. There wasn't any one there so I guess Rob cancelled the class. Probably a good thing for you guys since I didn't get more that 100 yards down a trail before I ate some mud:) That Prairie City clay is slikcer than ice:eek: I didn't think it was that funny:p but I think Deano is still laughing:histerica Sorry, no pix...

Did you have you're knobbies on? All I have are street tires and I'm thinking that would NOT have been fun AT all

Nope, had the street tires on. Would have been much more fun with the TKC's...

Hey guys. Rob wants to do the dirt class on Sat April 14th and Sun April 15th. He will teach both days. Contact him directly and tell him which day you want to attend. That means more opening for all of you that couldn't make it last time.

That was too bad for me :( :( :( :(
I want badly to take this class since I never had/rode dirt bikes in my whole life.
I have nothing on my plans for whole March, April and May but April 12-16.
I'm planning to have a trip to Guatemala, to visit those famous Maia ruins...
Looks like I'm out of luck on this MFS class... :(

I thought about requesting both days because I need the help about twice as much as Doug. On the other hand I am signing up for Saturday.
