Anyone using a spreadsheet to track maintenance & maybe 'inventory' (oil, filters, etc.)? Care to share it?
I am looking for something functional and fairly simple. I could hack out something, but you probably have better ideas than I do.

Yup, I have one for each of my vehicles, a simple Excel file,
I track date, mileage, procedure, parts used, cost and mileage and date since last procedure so I can tell at a glance how many miles and how long since my last oil change, tire change, brake pads, etc
At the bottom of the cost columm I do a total sum
just to see how much I've spent on that particular vehicle,
I keep it in my computer with a printed out version on the bike,
I write in everything and update it occasionally and reprint it.

I have a purchased program that does the same sort of thing - I always hate to look at the total spend line! and I NEVER look when Chief Finacial Officer is around... ;)
Sadly my purchased program doesn't seem to supported anymore, so I am going back to excel...
