Test Ride

Going to Phoenix tomorrow to test ride an 06 with 600 miles on it. Already rode an FJR and was impressed, hope this one can impress me as much.
That new red FJR is mucho prettier than any color I've seen on the GT yet.
I'm just feeling reluctant to leave the BMW community.

I wouldn't worry about leaving the community if you change brands. Just buy a bit of BMW gear from time to time, like a $300 tank bag or maybe a $600 top case. That will keep the bond strong. ;)

Since I've owned a few bikes from the land of the rising sun, I certainly can not give you any crap. Last time I was in my dealer a guy with a blue FJR was looking lustfully at my GT. Go figure. I asked him what he thought. He said is was strictly $$$ and cents decision for him.:think:

I agree with you about the red.:thumb: I'm thinking about painting my GT a hot red this winter.
