I have a trailer purchased and would hope some one on the forum will know something about it. It is a Trinity Trailer and the tag on the back of it says they are from Wichita, KS.
Does anyone know anything about the company? Have any opinions? It looks like a Cycle Mate. About the same size and has the smaller 8" tires.
I ordered a Hitch Doc hitch today and pick up the trailer this weekend. It will need to be rewired for the LT as the previous owner rewired it using some what less than OEM quality. It is cobbled together and I'll want to get in good order before I take it far.
By the way, where do I get the wiring harness with the Isolator? That is the way I should hook it up isn't it?
Anything you tell me about pulling a trailer would help, too. I have ran all over the country and never pulled anything behind a bike. I am planning a ride to Canada and Alaska in late May so I have time to practice. The Alaska trip is the reason to get a trailer. I like clean close and don't like stopping to do laundry. ;-))
I have short trip to Big Bend in late March planned and that will tell me alot about the bike.
