I'd sure like to sell Barbara on the idea of a 4-hour trip up to the state line. I think that I can talk her into it.

It would be great to see you, Connie and some new friends. Barbara and I were just looking on your link of the CCR '05 pics, Grand Tetons. There's a pic of Barb and I riding in front of you with Jack in the lead. Great memories and great friends.

I'm up for it, and my wife will go (if there's pie involved)
but there's not a hellova lot of anything along the state line

Now I wouldn't want to plan anything too far ahead,
cause you just never know what the weathers going to do, in February.

and iffen I says I'm gonna be there than I'll hafta go no matter how miserable it gets.

There must be some interesting eating establishment along that corridor
but I sure don't know any?

I'd say if you're gonna wait until April,
yer gonna compete with the Spring training event on the third weekend
ya might wanna think about moving it a little further west,
like maybe Dothan (just throwing out a name)
when we was in Texas last October some of them boys suggested an RTE "halfway"
if we work "it" (the date) just right we might even be able to get a celebrity
(like Joe) to stop in on his way to Texas,
