I have a house on 2.5 acres in the woods just off Hiway 1, 9 miles north of Gualala and have to attend a board meeting this Saturday at 1PM.

The house can accomodate 6-8 reasonably well, and I was considering hosting an overnight ride, if it is not going to rain.

My 2 car garage should be able to hold 4-6 bikes if we move things around a bit.

Choices are leave mid-day Friday and spend Fri and Sat night, or leave early enough Saturday AM to make my 1PM meeting and return Sunday. It's about 4 hours to get there.

All the wood has been split and stacked, so the only work would be cleaning the house Sunday AM.

Any interest?

I took off quite a few items (mostly tupperware) and replaced the sparkplugs this past week. Cleaned items, etc. The shift linkage didn't feel right going back on and sure enough, on the test ride, came off. So.... is there additional items I can do to make the linkage more secure?

TIA
Joe

JoeI bought a kit to replace my broken linkage on my '99 LT from Philjohn, a member of this site, and I also bought another kit as a preventive measure for my 03 LT. They are virtually maintenance free and well worth the $43.00 I paid last year. You can contact him at philjohn@invisimax.com
Also on Paypal under philjohn.
