Help: Florida Smugmug Users and Comcast

Have had trouble logging on to Smugmug since Friday the 12th. Smugmug blames Comcast/ISP in FL only. They have a bunch of same issues with COMCAST AS ISP AND USER IN FLORIDA. Anyone solved this? Comcast says there is no problem, etc.

Well, it may not be entirely your ISP. Smugmug has been a bit slow for me the last couple of days and now... "We're having some temporary technical difficulties". No access.:(
