Just bought the Ram Mount 'system' for my 2720 - no instructions were provided, looks like the bolt for mounting to the handlebar is missing or didn't come with and the four bolts provided to mount the GPS to the first Ram bracket are too long - also, looks I only need two of them.

I can assume a few things - use only the 2/4 provided bolts and hacksaw them to desired length and buy another bolt from Ace to secure to my handlebar...but b4 I ASSume...has anybody done this that can share their experience and/or a picture?

Many thanks.

My garmin supplied bolts for mounting were too long also. I mounted the cradle and ran the nuts down and cut the excess off with moto tool and neatened it up so the nuts will remove someday , if needed.
