I just received email from John Lazzeroni President of J&M. Inquired about connecting the Valentine One to my 2002 BMW LTE OEM Com system. He has an optional customized connection cable CFRG-VLT1.

This is a direct plug-and play adapter to connect the Valentine One radar detector to the J&M CFRG (Cell Phone/GPS/Radar) integration modules. (Valentine remote head not needed). Headset volume of the radar beeb/brab signal is adjusted with a small screw on the harness.

This has many advantages.
No longer have to modify radar unit which could void the warranty.

I have original email from John with photos but do not know how to get it to this site. What email address can I send it to so that it is posted to the Group?

i did not see this option on any of the recent threads. I believe this is new development in connecting this popular radar detector.

What is the price of the cable compared to the remote audio module? The remote audio module works great, but this is probably a much cheaper approach.

$50 is the cost. About the same as the remote audio module. He includes long enough cable that reaches right handle bar. I like this because now I do not have to worry about additional space for audio module and connection to battery. Plug and Play.
