I've come to dislike riding in the woods at night when theres a lot of corners to lean into, the LT headlight on this bike sucks, or should I say terrible.

I been looking for some alternative lighting, something better then just adding additional lights to my bike, I kinda like the way bike looks already.

I found this http://www.ducatidesigns.com/inc/sdetail/881
and was wondering if anyone has installed these and if they really work.
The price on this light kit is way up there, and would hate to spend the money only be disappointed.

I traded emails back and forth with this guy and he plans to make a kit for the '05 but needs someone to lend him their '05 LT. I assume if you lend him your bike you will get the kit for free or substantially discounted.

It looks pretty good to me. Here are a couple of links to discussions about the Ducatti Designs headlight from the old forum:

Happy reading.

I have one of his lights on my ST4s and really like it, it was a big improvment. Close to an HID but I would think an HID would be brighter.
