We would like to borrow an R1200RT for a few hours - at least a few times, to develop Mick-O-Pegs. Design work would be done in Frankfort, MI which is about 30 miles south of Traverse City. We won't need to ride your bike and have room to store it inside if you wanted to leave it for a while, rather than make multiple trips.
We are a small company - trying to help riders get comfortable on their touring bikes and can't afford to buy one for design work.
The biggest problem we have had with the Mick-O-Peg design for the R1100RT is the back edge of the fairing can be uncomfortable against the inside of the rider's calfs and it looks like that may also be a problem with the R1200RT.
