constant odd fluid on top case... i need your help, please

my bike is fine
but, continues to have the strangest phenomenon:

after a days ride
on the right side of the FRONT of the LARGE topcase (the high side of the bike)
a speckling of a petroleum-based fluid
the drops are only 1mm or so
this is the ONLY place it is found
it happens EVERYTIME i'm at speed

i canNOT figure out from where this comes
the tech at my dealer has spent an EXHAUSTIVE amount of time trying to figure this out

there is no fluid anywhere else
and no fluid on my right side at all
no fluid on the right side case
no fluid on the seat
.........................
only on the top case.... the front side (right and above the pillion pad)....
this is the LARGE top case

any thoughts?

Break fluid from the resevoir?
The gas tank is there too. Could be something from the gas tank?

it IS the brake master cylinder..... after another thorough inspection
it has already been replaced once..
now i am angry
