Tell the Marines to secure a building: They deploy at least a rifle squad or two, cover the roof, windows, entrance, establish a perimeter.


Tell the Navy to secure a building: They lock the front door and go home.


Tell the Air Force to secure a building: They negotiate a five year lease.

I take it you mean the US Air Force and not the good old Royal Air Force, who would sent in the Rock Apes (RAF Regiment) who would probably do a similar job to the US Marines.
