Man, the Kontour seat has completely changed this bike. No more pain and looking forward to riding many, many miles. Simply amazing the difference a good, custom seat makes.

I wouldn't care if it was hideous as long as it eased the pain of the stock, function over form and all.

Yes, you can get it in black and heated if you have that option from the git go. Ron has some variables for price and he's listed the whole shooting match, just check out his post in the Vendor's Forum.

Me thinks I'm going with Kontour, I really like how stock the work Ron does looks and Ron has put up with the 12,000 questions I've PM'd him with. I don't like Corbin and the Russell's while comfy as all get out are just fugly. What sold me the most on the Kontour is the breathability so you don't need sheepskin or beads...

Amen! Function over form. I don't think they're that fugly and the material still lets you move around, but doesn't encourage sliding. Sliding monkey butt is the worse!
