What was the best rear shock OEM replacement that you purchased?
I just had sticker shock on a high zoot Ohlins, close to $1000 set up
to my specs. Anyone know of a less expensive option, & or have a
used one for sale.
As usual, all opinions will be cheerfully accepted. :)

It appears I've been in the wrong forum. The K11 Owners Group looks like the
place to search for what I need to know, & want. Nice meeting you all, see
you at the round-up.

I put Ohlins on my 1100, but that was before Parts Unlimited took over the US distributorship and they could still be had for about $600. I'd try Progressive.

Fox used to make a nice unit.

I believe both Wilburs and Works Performance Suspension would have a product to fit your bike.

Works has pricing on line. Looked like $469 for rear on a K1100LT

Hey all,
I just stopped by to see whats happening & was pleasantly suprised
to see some responses to my old post. I've temporarily given up on
mounting a high zoot shock & recently purchased a used but less miles
OEM one. When the toy coffers refill I will check into your recommendation
on the various mentioned shocks. Thanks to all for their responses. :)
