Here's what I'm looking for:
Complete headset/mic combination made up of:
1. Earplug type speakers
2. Microphone
3. Adaptors for BMW VoiceII comm system.
I'm basically looking for a "complete package"where all I need do is hook the mic to my helmet, put the plugs in my ears, and connect to the comm system.
Sorry about being so obtuse firs time around.

You can get earphone type speakers and the BMW adapter here but you will need an existing microphone: http://www.plugup.com/index.php

And that, my friend is the fly in the ointment!
How do I attach all that to a microphone? Any recommendations as to what brand mic would be best for this type of application?
Everything is good until I get to the microphone part, then the whole plan falls apart. I know it's not impossible, but I just can't put all the parts together.

I have a J&M headset installed in my helmet and use the earphones and adapter from PlugUp. That way I can use the earphones (via the adapter) but the mic still works normally. You plug your stock headset into the adapter and the adapter plugs into the bike com system plug. The earphones plug into the adapter. It's nice because you can either use the earphones or the helmet speakers.

Finally, I see the light. Thank you. I just couldn't understand how that adapter worked.
