Heel/toe Shifter

Would like to hear pro's/cons about the heel/toe shifter from those folks that have gotten it.

I've had mine (Buck's) installed now since last spring. I don't think I'll ever have scuff marks on my left toe again. :p
Seriously, it is a well designed, manufactured item and well worth the $. The only thing that I ever have to do is have my wife move her left foot back as she sometimes forgets and has her foot too far forward and interferes with my heel getting on the shifter.
