Well, actually, I mean this Friday at the Leon Springs *$$, we might have a coupla of celebs attending from up DFW way. Seems John (revzoom) and Laurie (Sweetpea) Munson are gonna be in the 'hood over the week-end. Sumpthin' about hanging out in F'burg or Blanco on Wed, then meanderin' over to Pipe Creek to stay with a friend Thursday night. That would put them within half-hour or so of *$$ for Friday morning.
Some of y'all (Doug, Dave, Kathy, Russ) might have to pull up stakes and head for work places before John and Laurie arrive, butt I'll keep the corner table occupied 'til they get there. I know they'd like to see everyone - just not sure of the timing.
Cy'all Friday.

If I have to leave before they get there, I'll leave them a stale pastry or 2 for breakfast.

Jeff - I think they just have a window of time to take a leetle break from the routine thangs and wanna spend it with some friends here in the Hill Country. Pretty sure they're not going to the Lone Star rally. I'm going to send John the calendar schedule for your group and maybe they might entertain going to the Chili Run in Blanco on Satiday. Dunno. You can ping 'em an invite, if you wanna.

That's about right. We'll be hanging with some Gypsy MC friends over the weekend, after a couple of nice days of "just the two of us." I found a Rodeway Inn just 4 miles down the slab from exit 550, so we should be there early. At least I will, if Sweetpea decides to sleep in! See ya!

OK, Bud. Come outta the Rodeway and turn left on the access road. When you get to the HEB gas pumps, just past 'em, turn left into the parking lot and *$$ will be to your right, next to the bank/Great Clips.
For that Chili Run in Blanco on Satiday, with the Hill Country BMW Riders, go here (http://www.hillcountrybmw.com), plus there is a thread in the South Central forum about it - authored by Steve Shreeve, I believe.
Cya Friday.
P.S. That Rodeway doesn't have a lotta level parking areas, so be careful.

Spoke with John this afternoon - they're gonna grab some lunch in Boerne today and head on to Pipe Creek to stay the night with a friend. Gonna try and make *$$ tamale by around 0700. I know they'd love to see anybody from the 'hood if you don't have to leave for your workplace before then. *$$ in Leon Springs - cy'all there.

Well, since I dont think I've officially met either of them, I may stay over a tad longer than usual. After all, I'm the only one I have to answer to. I can be tough but I'll cut me a break tomale.

It was great to see y'all there! I saw Doug leaving the parking lot as we arrived, but found no stale pastries waiting for me! :(
