I have had five different BMW's over the past 7 years. Two RT's and two LT's, and my '07 KGT has the most accurate speedometer. I took out the GPS today, and doing 70 indicated, the gps showed 68-68.5. Doing 80 indicated, the gps showed 78-78.5. Looks to be around 2% optimistic. That sure beats the 6-9% I got on the other beamers.
Just turned over 1000 miles today. I do not believe I have the 7.0 software. but am quite happy with the way it is running. Dealer did forget to change out the rear drive oil during the 600 mile check. Maybe I will get it done before the snow flys, or possibley just wait until Spring.
I think my +4/+2 Cee bailey will arrive tomorrow. I am still up in the air as to wether I will change out the seat or not. I do have my name on Sargent pre-dilivery list.
