Thanks Richard for the pics (and the names)... Next time I'm taking one of you and posting it!

I think I need to get a hat - good grief! Actually, it was only 840 +/-, but it felt like 900 bye the time I got home...

Great to finally meet the guy behind the crazy dog avatar!

I made up for it last week, called Jeff 'Steve' by mistake....

And Cathy and I had 'Q' with about 750 folks in Luckenbach at the dance hall, good chow, lots of great old scoots (and LOTS of BMWs, old and new.) So, Hard 8 or Luckenbach, it was all good!

Let us know how the gun show goes Bruce - I'm assuming the pork chop made it all the ay home... ;)

The pork chop and ribs made it home safe and sound. Shorlty after arriving the ribs were nowhere to be found. And by lunch today the pork chop met the same fate. Neither were consumed by me. :thumb:

The gun show was good. I did not purchase anything, but did find a couple of things that I might really think about. Saw a couple of very nice Kimper handguns, just not ready to make the purchase yet. I had a guy redo the slide on my G19, which was the main reason I was going today to pick it up. Looks brand new.

Thanks for asking.

Hello Everyone!

It was definitely my pleasure meeting everyone for the first time. You guys know how to make a fellow rider feel right at home. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to head to Stephenville and Hico. The food was EXCELLENT!!!

For the record....... as if it really matters, I am Keith Elliott and the famous escort for the Pie Lady is Keith Hallmark.

A special thanks to Dick and Bruce for the invite. You guys are terrific!

Glad you joined us, Keith. Lookin' forward to the next time. Coleman wants to do Cooper's in Llano sometime in the next month or so - stay tuned. We'll have to consider a work-around for the time zone change comin' up tho --- butt we usually do!!

Hey Keith, nice to meet you. Sorry you had to sit next to me in Hico and watch that. You need to come on down to our neck of the woods for one of Dick's or my tech sessions.

We finally got to sleep in our own bed last night, sure was nice.
Thirty days on the road, twenty four states, 7640 miles, couple hundred pictures.
When I get caught up I'll do a little write up.

Favorite moments:

looking at all that meat on the grill at the Hard 8, (fat man's heaven)
then eating some of it with our Texas LT and GT riding friends.

Small world:

Met a nice couple sight seeing with their motorhome at a rest stop in Maine,
she said: our son has one of these (pointing at the LT)
Met a GS rider at a gas station in Arkansas, one of our own (Ranks)
Got an PM from him a couple days later,
the couple in the motorhome were his parents. :histerica
