The CCR experience is one of my greatest joys. Not only is it a fambly reunion, but it is an extremely fulfilling time. The joy of being able to be a part of helping underprivileged children and helping to throw a party for 650 of my closest friends just does it for me.

Would you or your SO like to be a part of this experience? We have some spots open for those with or without skills. You won't be thrown to the dogs or have to reinvent the wheel to be able to sit on one of these chairs, if I can do it, anyone can. All it takes is the desire to jump in the sandbox with us.

Interested?

Don't count on those bells for a helluva lot of help, John - didn't do much good for Don Arthur.

Griff:

would it be too much to ask a description of duties of co-chair and chair for positions. I would love to step up to the plate, just not sure what is involved.

Tech session co chair maybe interesting???

Tech session co-chair assists the tech session chair. He may have you working on the second bike, keep him from falling off of chairs and rubbing his back after a long day.

Tools are involved, motorcycles and lots of folks standing around going, "hmmmm"

Your a natural, you've got it big boi.

Grif,

I guess I haven't been drinkin' enough locktite as Floyd beat me to the punch on Tech Session co-chair. I'll let Mark know I'll be available to help out anyway. I will, however, sign up for the Activities Co-Chair and work with Steve to find neat things to see and do around CCR. So count me in as a player.

AHA, Victor (who still owes me a beer from a CCR a few years ago) - so we have a new interpretation of what the little bells will do for you. You'll still get into an accident; it just won't kill you. Wonderful.

- Bob (who isn't really serious here, folks :) )

Bob,

Thanks for the offer, but I already have someone helping me with that. If you have suggestions, please feel free to offer them.

Grif,

I'd like to help with the photo memories. I have an 8 megapixel Nikon 8800 which should work pretty darn good. But I worry, some of our members might break it if I take their picture. :rotf: :histerica

Hey y'all! Would you do me a beeg favor? I know that 99% of our significant other's don't read the board. All they do is look at us funny when we break out in huge guffaw's our start spitting invecatives.

Would y'all, por favor, ask your mate if they would be willing to take on one of the vacant chairs? I know that there's folks out there with speciall purposes (I have one! Steve Martin, The Jerk).

Remember, you get out of this what you put in.

And if you aren't sure you want to step up to a Chair position, we also need volunteers at the event. You can volunteer a couple hours to help out at:

http://www.curvecowboyreunion.com/volunteers.htm

I personally recommend helping at registration or the merchandise desk. They are both the best way to meet people arriving at the reunion.
