and its sponsored by Honda, and its a charity, so you get to spend lots of money on tickets and stand out in the chilling snowy rain hoping you're gonna win a new sports bike, or some leathers, or ANYTHING.... for putting up with all those other smelly beer drinking bikers.... (well, at least some of them...) :)

The Goldwing Owners take the Cancer Kids for rides, so there's a few of them around and it would be good to have a few more LT's there to share the roads....

Plus if you get in early enough, you can take one of Hondas twenty or so test bikes for a fang out along the road back toward Blue Cow (?), and back.
Good fun...

I'm in for this, Orange is a nice part of the world. Happy to camp or motel.
I would, however like to see this around April if most could agree. Hot summer and fire season keeps me busy.
Wouldn't it be great to see a few LT's side by side. We seem to becoming rare.

Searching the holidays (Easter/Anzac/school) and events in Orange in April, the 14th & 15th might be a good weekend to plan for, if it doesn't clash with anything else.
Its the weekend after Easter, and the weekend before school holidays finishes, so there might be less travelling traffic around the routes to get there and back.
It's also "Food Week" (13th - 22nd) in Orange by the local website..., so there's bound to be some winery action (not that I drink wine except for maybe a little champers...).
