Speaking of Star Trek, have you seen the "Digitally Remastered" ST:TOS? I think they've done a great job updating some of the special effects. The planets they orbit look more photo realistic, the ship doesn't look like a plastic model, and some of the other effects are pretty cool. Too bad they couldn't fix that bad over-acting of William Shatner. LOL!!!

At least he knows he's such a bad actor and has fun with it. During a William Shatner Roast someone held up a paper bag and asked him if he could act his way out of it. :histerica

I watched that roast. What a hoot. But at one point, I thought it might be the "Betty White Roast". LOL!!!

Well, I waited too long to answer. O'h well. I did go back and look for the NC-1701 number to help before I finally paused the video.

Yup - she was lost/damaged in Nemisis, crashed - but not into a planet. Should be no surprise that www.wikipedia.org has full details.

Ok, gotta retract my nerdiness just a bit here...
