Hi Grif,

What is all this talk about canisterectomy?
As I understand it everyone does this canisterectomy..
If not your fuel cell could be damage..?
Could I get a canisterectomy at your tech session?
Thread robber just along for the fun:rolleyes:

Well, Maybe I can stop be for a little bit. It's Homecomming that evening and my boy has a date. I gotta do the parent thing so I have to be home kinda early. Mama is working so I am solo.
Late see if I can break away for a while.

I'll meet y'all for church Sunday morning. Saturday I'll be winding my way down to Austin, and will try to see an old seminary classmate that lives there.

The canister hose hanging off the end of the bike can get clogged, over filling the tank or dropping the bike clogs the cannister with gas causing a vacuum in the tank which makes the tank suck in on itself. This could damage the fuel sensor and even the tank.

A canisterectomy is very simple and easily done. On barbara, I even removed the rollover valve and hoses that you hear about slipping off the fuel rail and causing weird idles. You bet we can do one on your bike.

Thread robber? I loves hijacking threads. I loves, even better, hijacking my own threads.

What kind of music do you like to listen to?

Axejulie, that was a very tongue in cheek, pinch twixt the gums, type statement. Larry, Curly and Moe with a side order of engineered chaos and looking for a fire extinguisher is usually the order of the day. Well, that and trying to decide on a caliber.

I'd love it if you showed up and have extra bedrooms, one being totally cat free, if you can believe it. I know it pisses them off.

I know it pisses them off.I can't think of a better part of the country I'd like to visit again, and I have several relatives I haven't seen in ages, in San Antonio, but there is zero chance I'll be there due to other commitments. (although, the cat-free deal is a real attraction; we have 4 of the varmints here and I'm thinking hard of adapting some of the current "raccoon" thread's suggestions... )

Nah, I think I'll leave 963/2657 'til the next time I feel like gettin' lost and wanna see the same scenery twicet!! Course, that one double loop wuz kinda full of nice leetle twisties, huh??

BTW - you comin' to the Hard 8? Think I'll ping Tom and see what his plans are. Grab anybody else you can.

BTW, since it's gonna be a small gathering, I'm gonna put a small brisquet on to smoke, a crock of beans and Sandar the mag will make a leetle cornbread. Y'all might reconsider the leaving before lunch thang. We can even eat early. 8 ayem?

Here's my canned destructions to la casa:

From IH 35 take the FM 306 Canyon Lake exit (just north of New Braunfels). Go 6 ½ miles and make a left into the River Chase subdivision. Follow it thru a low water crossing, up the hill around a sweeper, you’ll see a big house with a wrought iron fence make a left on Indian Ridge. It dog legs and make a left on Westshire. Make your first left on Hidden Hollow, it’ll be the second red gate on the right.

I thought that the time spent while we were lost was well worth the time. It was a great road with good twisties that I could do again.
