One of the pains of maintaining a web page/site/blog etc is keeping the content fresh and finding the time to keep it updated.

I have been meaning to update my site for three years now and always manage to not find the time to do it.

I enjoyed reading through it. The essay on how your diagnosis can be constructively used to your advantage in LD riding explains a lot -- like the surprised look on my face when I asked you at CCR how many hours you slept during your 50CC. You said "None... it was 39 hours straight through." At first I thought you were kidding.

I've worked with a couple of people over the years who are bipolar and their "highs" were very high. You are always calm, cool, and collected... even "serious" or "sober", and soft-spoken.

If you want constructive criticism, I'd say it was in the choice of colors. At least for me, anything on black (especially a digital medium) is harder to read than black on white (for example).

Thanks for sharing. It takes a real man to share one's inner thoughts like you are doing. "Opening the kimono", as they say... :thumb:

In RSSOwl it comes out Black on White. Not a problem to read at all, but then I don't have a problem reading White on Black either. Must be the last 26 years in the computer business and Sys Admins and their (at times) goofy color schemes.
