Been feelin guilty lately and wanting to get into shape....butt....I thought ROUND was already a shape.

So, I thought about the World Gym...butt, every morning I turn the corner to go into the office in Peachtree City, the freakin' parking lot is FULL! Dang...folks must get up at 3:00am because I am at work by 6:00am...that just won't do.

Then, I thought about eatin healthy...you know good organic foods. Then people die from eatin spinach! Now carrot juice is being recalled for botulism. So, chicken biscuits are still in...

Winter's comin up and bears load up for hibernation...hmmmm...so, nature takes care of itself...

Now, what? :confused:

Aw hell, just go on out to the range and get some therapy and you'll be all right. :D

I thought riding was exercise. Now you are telling me I am not exercising while Im riding. Oh boy now what.

Dave, have you tried riding a motorcycle???:rolleyes:
Maybe push starting your new roadster might help building both legs and arms muscles... Uphill will definitely give you more bangs for your bucks!:rotf:

I found that cutting back on bread and carbs (beer being the exception:D ) worked for me... except that I like pasta with my meatballs!:o

First ride your bike for a few miles that will help you burn all the carbs you need and then some... The to rebalance your system you should eat 2 Little Debbie Zebra Cakes with a Harp beer (makes a good combo) :)

The quickest way to lose wt Dave...is to go diabetic!

ddaaayymmm...I didn't think I was that heavy but I've lost over 20 lbs already in the last couple of months!

not exactly as good as drinking beer but hey, it works! :)

every since I moved out of ole Miss, its been easier to avoid those biscuits too, heheh...
