I need a headlight assembly picked up from a member in Houston and brought to near Austin where I can pick it up.
Any offers?
Alternatively, is there anybody near Austin who has a headlight assembly? Don't need the glass itself. I just need the back part that holds the bulbs. One of the little tabs that holds the bulb spring on mine is broken.

We've found somebody who can bring it to Round Rock, so I am good.
Thanks, guys.

Brian, if you don't need your old headlight housing, I would like to get it to do some HID experimenting.
Thanks,

Sure.
Dan, I have been looking for a ballast and can't seem to find one under $95 on ebay.
I figure by the time you have added a bulb and done the cutting to fit, I may as well get one of those kits for about $125. I know it uses a different bulb, but you don't need to replace them that often. Other slight drawback is that it has a separate igniter and ballast.
What do you think?

Should be OK, everybody seems to be using them. But I just (about 3 minutes ago) got 2 ballasts on ebay for $138. I've got bulbs and some adapter rings coming (thanks to you pointing them out to me).Let me see how they all work and we will get together.

Dan,
Please save me one and I will make a trip during the next holiday...
Thanksgiving or Christmas?...
Great stocking stuffer for my bike.
Jeff
