Any of you Texicans interested in an overnighter in Leakey later this year or in the spring? I found a biker friendly place to stay in Leakey, D'Rose Inn (click here (http://droseinn.com/index.html)).
I made an oath to myself I am at least going to get in one ride in the next 6 months - yep that's right I've put a grand total of 500 miles on the LT in the last 18 months !
October and November are looking pretty shot so I was thinking maybe March? Any interested in a group RTM/RTE on a Saturday and Sunday? If there's enough interest I'll see if I can negotiate a better rate on the rooms and cabins.

Talk about non-riding bitch, we're taking la trucka to Dallas tamale, fambly/grandkid thang.
1st or 2cnd week of October the new GT will be here. IF you ever get to stay home I may make the sacrifice and ride the 40 or so miles to your house so you can drool on it.

I don't think I can afford to see it ! Just got rid of the RS and the GT has always been on my mind, don't think the wife would be to happy ;). I'm hoping I can hold out and see what Kawa's new Connie looks like...

Sorry to hear you're not getting much ride time in Richard. Hopefully that will change soon. :abduct:

No cats along for the ride, thanks. The rally was ok. The highlight was getting to know Gary of Victory of Austin. First class guy. He should be riding an LT! :)

How good and pleasant it is
when brothers live together in unity!
It is like precious oil poured on the head,
running down on the beard...
