I was having issues with my gas gage and the fact that I was only getting 29 mpg on my trip from Houston to Phoenix. I stopped by Iron Horse Motorcycles In Tucson this morning to ask about the gas gauge not working. They must of had twenty bikes setting outside ready for work, but they handed me a clip board and said they would get me right in. I know they had my bike on a rack for five hours working on it. They determined why my gas guage was malfunctioning, but didn't have a sending unit in stock, the did tons of dio on the gas milage issue. When they were done, they didn't charge me a dime and got me on my way with a promise of a fix on my way back through next week. I couldn't believe how well they treated me and got me right in. There were a couple of people in the waiting room from another city in Arizona that has a dealership, but they said it was worth the drive to have Iron Horse do their work. Hats off to these guys and those of you in the Tucson area are lucky to have them. Fantastic experience!!!

I would trust my LT to ANY of their techs but especially Roy and Paul - they both own/owned LTs.
John (the owner) really knows how to run a dealership and build brand loyalty.

Just wanted to update my continued satisfaction with the guys at Iron Horse in Tucson. I stopped Tuesday mornig on my way from Phoenix back to Houston and, as promised, my part was in. John walked out and installed it in the parking lot in two minutes and I could have been on my way, but the free coffee was calling me :D . I should mention that the part was a rubber ring that the tupperware plugs into and they were not sure it was even on the bike when I arrived last week, but they took care of it anyway. 1st class operation!!! Once again I have to say you guys in Tucson are VERY VERY lucky. :bmw:

Bought my new-to-me LT from Ironhorse. One of those long distance purchases of a used bike off a cycle trader ad. These guys are top notch, exactly what one would expect from a quality dealer. PM me if you have any specific questions.

BMW Motorrad USA just notified Iron Horse that it is the #1 dealer in the U.S. in terms of customer satisfaction. Quite a record!
Here are owners John and Jennifer Cartwright:
