I just looked out my front door and saw a guy on a Yamaha cruiser riding down the street in the pouring rain...talking on his cell phone...he was holding against his right shoulder as he shifted gears. Amazing.

I've seen the same thing in St. Petersburg the new craze is young black guys buying scooters,
I've seen it twice now, once shoulder cocked turning onto US 19, our busiest road.
another time driving down 5th Ave N talking away while riding about 10 under the speed.
I call them future statistics.
