Don't know if you went to the homepage or not, but there are links to Daytona Beach "The Birthplace of Speed". Really good reading what with motorcycles, NASCAR, steamers, etc.

In my neck of the woods we do not call that a fatality. The crash was caused by heart attack and not the other way. We would label that a non-fatality.

fatality noun ( pl. -ties) 1 an occurrence of death by accident, in war, or from disease • a person killed in this way.

It was a fatality alright. Just not a fatal crash. Either way, he was still dead. ;)

Why don't you tell that to my supervisors. I was not doubting the meaning of the word, I was just telling you that it would not be classified as a fatality crash where I work. Yes, I know he is still dead. Jeeezch.
