Bought my LT from BMW of Fresno about 6 weeks ago. Just finished up the 600 mile service and NAVIII installation. All of the folks at this shop treated me well from the owner (Jack), to Sales (Homer & Tanner), Service (Steve & Mel), Parts (Al), the nice lady that answers the phone and "The Kid" that washes bikes and everything else that Jack has him do! Thanks.
