Any GS ride in Souther Cal. in October?

As few already know, I'm starting looking to an option to trade from the LT to the GS.
I found a place in Long Beach that rent's GS's so I would like to rent one for one weekend and try it.
But I think it would be more productive if we could go to a place with more GS riders, so we could have some first hand impressions.

Then there is the question: is there any GS ride or getting toghether on the next month, October in Souther California?

There is a forum called Regional Forums in which you will find a West section. Lots of rides posted there.

Also, there are usually 5 or 6 GS's at the Rock Store on weekend mornings. Just get there around 8 AM to miss the V-twin crowd.

If you are going to rent from LB BMW, let me know as I am about 10 minutes from there.

We will be choosing a weekend soon to rent one GS from LB BmW and for sure I will let you know. Maybe we can go for a ride from there. :)
