Is it possible when you have a comm system like autocomm or Beahr's hooked with GPS and Radar detector to have the output of the comm system (GPS instructions or radar beeps) to come out the speakers of the bike as well as the headsets?

If this does not come standard, could I take the passenger output and put it in the aux input of my DICE unit? If I do not hook up the speakers of the bike to the comm system and wire the output of the comm system to the aux input of the DICE and set the bike stereo to that, it should work...as long as the level was set low enough. I would not be able to listen to the radio or CD player through the comm system..which would be ok.

Yes, your scenario would work fine. In fact, I would just split the audio signal coming out of the GPS and use one for the comm system and one for the aux input of the DICE unit.

Ok, now I just need to figure out the pin-outs to the headset for the passenger so I can tap off them.

thanks..
