Women's heated gloves

The wife is needing to find a pair of heated gloves for the winter rides. Does or has anyone had any luck with the battery powered ones...and can you you a dual port with a cord long enough to run off a heated vest to power gloves???????

I to last year went through the same thought process you are.. Battery gloves or electric. :rolleyes:
I looked everywhere trying to find battery gloves for the wife.. None in my town to try on... Glove sizes vary so much I did not want to purchase over the net and have a wrong size.
Then we met a young lady at our local coffee stop. She had Widder Thinsulate gloves... Done deal.. Ordered a set with the switch (on/off) harness, These will also except a heated vest also.. She will try these this winter and see if she needs a vest also.. My LT has the power for her so I think this is the way to go.. Hope this helped.

Another option is top-quality non-heated gloves. I have a pair made by Held with Outlast fabric that retains body heat and redistributes it. It's not quite the same as full heated gear, but it works very well, and there are no wires to mess with.

If you're going to be doing long rides in cold temps, then I'd say get the heated vest first and gloves second. Keeping her core warm will do wonders for overall comfort.
