I want to install an interface for a MP3 player on my 99 LT. Give me the skinny on this please.
1. Can it be done?
2. How hard is it?
3. Any past threads or photo links?
4. How is the sound quality?
Thanks

Never listened to the cd, radio, or tape, removed all the stereo gear and sealed the stingray (got lots of extra space now) and use my Starcom1 intercom system to listen to my iPod and use my cell at the same time.

The basic options are a cassette adapter, FM transmitter (wireless), FM modulator (wired), or CD interface adapter. Search through the iPod/mp3 forum (http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=52) for more details.
